Every order is printed to order — nothing is pre-stocked. Production takes 2–5 business days before your order ships.
Delivery times: Canada & United States: typically 5–12 business days total from the order date (2–5 days production + 3–7 days transit). United Kingdom & other international: 2–4 weeks after production, due to customs processing and longer transit routes.
Every order is tracked — you’ll get the tracking link by email when it ships. Tracking can pause for a few days while the package switches carriers between countries; that’s normal and doesn’t mean your order is stuck.
UK buyers: orders to the UK ship Delivered Duty Unpaid, so UK customs may charge import duties when your package arrives. That fee is set and collected by UK customs — not by us — and we can’t predict the exact amount.
Holiday note: production runs longer during the holiday rush — if you’re ordering gifts, order early.
